Do you love change? All of us live in a continual state of change. Our bodies, our spirits, our thoughts shift all the time. Their energy is in constant motion, and that means change.
Sometimes change creeps up on us. Other times, it sweeps us out of our comfort zone, demanding we pay attention.
How do we know when change is demanding our attention? Sometimes it's clear - maybe we get sick, or lose our car keys. Better yet, perhaps something wonderous is dropped in our laps.
How do we engage with change? Resist it? Bury it? Love it?
